Words cannot express our sincerest appreciation for the excellent care Aunty received at your facility. It was a learning experience for the family, challenges were many, but you always found a solution. Thank you for your commitment to the care of our loved ones. Aunty was extremely fortunate, and so were we! We have many wonderful memories of the past four years.
I always knew my mom had the best of care—beautiful facility and caring staff. They do have different sections based on the patient’s needs and preferred environment. Having a loved one in a nursing home is an emotional experience, and the employees here understand the family’s needs as well as the patient’s needs and are very organized.
This is the cleanest facility I have ever been in—even better than some hospitals. The staff is exceptional. All very friendly and very competent. I have spent time there with my mom and have observed this firsthand. The administrative staff is very friendly and genuinely helpful. I appreciate this, because sometimes it gets complicated dealing with situations regarding finances. They know everything and how it all works, and they work with me as a team for my mom’s care. Same with the nurses—they are amazing people. I respect them and their skills with people. This place definitely puts the well-being and comfort and safety of the residents first, and you can feel it when you walk in there. I love it and would recommend this facility to anyone.
