Dear Visitors, Vendors, and Guests,

Per recent Orange County Public Health guidelines, starting today and until further notice our visitation policy has changed. In order to enter the facility for INDOORD VISITATION it is required that you show proof of full vaccination (for more than 2 weeks) or proof of a negative COVID-19 test that was taken in the last 72 hours.

If you are unable to produce either and still wish to come inside, we recommend that you go visit a local Walgreens, CVS, or other location to obtain a test and bring us your results. You may inquire at the front desk if one of our staff members is available to test you while here in the facility but it is not guaranteed that we will be able to provide a test for you at the time of your visit. Calling ahead might allow the facility to better accommodate you and provide a test. We will only be providing tests from the facility for your first visit, for every subsequent visit you will need to obtain your COVID test from an outside source.

If you are unable to produce proof of vaccination or COVID-19 testing, we can also accommodate an OUTDOOR VISIT with you and your loved one in one of our outdoor patio visitation booths. These outdoor visits will work best if you can call ahead or schedule with the front desk so we can ensure there is a patio available for your visit as there is limited availability.

Lastly, with the increasing COVID-19 cases in Orange County we require that during your visit, whether you are vaccinated or not, your surgical mask remain covering your mouth and nose at all times. Please assist us in keeping our residents and your loved one safe by adhering to these rules. Please take this new regulation seriously and plan ahead before you come to visit your loved one.

If you have any questions please ask to speak with Jolyan Riego, Director of Infection Prevention, or Nate Sorensen, Administrator and we will be happy to help you.

Best,
